Bria Davies

LAMFT – Therapist

Bria received her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Brigham Young University. She also received her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Brigham Young University.

Bria believes that new experiences are often what help people begin to change and have hope for a more connected, joyful, and meaningful life. Her approach is gentle, compassionate, direct, and engaging as she helps clients navigate the challenges in their lives. Therapy provides a safe space for clients to feel comfortable sharing their struggles, to be heard and understood, explore the emotional, cognitive, and behavioral terrain of their lives, and to begin trying new ways to connect and interact with themselves and others. As couples, families, and individuals begin to see themselves and others more wholly and relate to themselves and their loved ones with increased compassion and understanding healing takes place.

Bria works with individuals, couples, and families using a variety of modalities. Her areas of interest include helping clients through marital and family conflict, blending families, parenting, anxiety, depression, healing from past abuse and trauma, emotionally focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and internal family systems.
