Brianna Bennett, MFTi

Every phase of life offers unique experiences to learn and grow. These experiences bring a range of triumphs, challenges, and uncertainty. Our relationship with ourselves and our loved ones changes as we navigate each phase of life. Brianna understands the comfort and value of having someone walk alongside and carefully listen while finding one's way.

Brianna is pursuing her Master's of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Abilene Christian University. She received her Bachelor’s in Recreation Management with an emphasis in Recreation Therapy at BYU-Idaho. Brianna has had opportunities to work with seniors in residential care, families within the foster care system, and individuals with disabilities, all of which have profoundly impacted her.

Adapting her therapeutic approach to meet each individual and family’s needs is important to Brianna. She resonates with the Satir Method and Recovery Model, which instill hope and respect for autonomy. Brianna has a special interest in helping individuals and families as they navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relational issues.

Brianna loves finding the time to snowboard, rock climb, mountain bike, or do some other activity that requires signing a waiver. She equally enjoys being around loved ones, having a good laugh, and finding gratitude each day.
